CD Replication is the process better known as stamping or pressing your data into an injection moulded CD. Kellmatt can help make this process simple, effective and painless.

You send us your data (software, music, presentations, etc.) on a pre-mastered CD-R and your digital data will be transferred to a glass master which is used to create a metal stamp. We can also cater for smaller runs using conventional CD-R technology where data is "burnt" onto a blank disc. Depending on quantities this process can yield the quickest turn around.

After we have replicated the compact disc we can silk screen or offset print directly onto the face of the disc. Print from one to six colours either using CMYK process or Pantone. Alternatively, we can also offer digitally printed self adhesive labels for small runs.
